
AIR PROTECTION LAW
This law regulates air quality management and determines measures and controls the implementation of protection and improvement of air quality as a natural value.
Air protection is achieved by:
- air quality management in the territory of the Republic of Serbia
- preserving and improving air quality in order to prevent or reduce harmful effects on human health and the environment
- Avoiding, preventing and reducing pollution affecting ozone depletion and climate change
- fulfilling obligations in accordance with confirmed international treaties
- international cooperation in the field of protection and improvement of air quality and ensuring that this information is made available to the public.
